A trial that makes the difference visible
Use the same room and consented test conversation with each candidate. Compare missed words, speaker attribution, summary corrections and the time required to produce approved notes. A stated range or battery duration is not a guarantee of transcription accuracy in your room.
Choose the lower-cost model if it meets the task. Compare the Pro model when the environment requires its documented differences. Check annual-plan terms separately from the device price.
Before recording
- Explain the purpose and access arrangements to participants.
- Follow the consent and recording requirements for your location.
- Define deletion and retention periods.
- Have a person check decisions and action owners before sharing summaries.
